In addition to his leadership roles, Dr. Pultar is recognized for his contributions to innovation, holding 2 patents in the field of oncology. He is esteemed as a highly qualified medical professional, having earned his medical thesis from Université de Médecine de Poitiers, France, in 1998. Before this, he obtained certification in Computer Applications in Medicine from Université de Médecine d’Angers in 1997.
